A mountain road in the upper Rhône valley, Valais
Description
Three of Switzerland’s great mountain roads meet around the upper Aare, Rhône and Reuss valleys. Linked together, they make a loop of hairpins, reservoirs, glacier views and summit hotels, with very few towns along the way.
The passes are open only in summer and early autumn, and the exact route is chosen on the day according to the weather and road conditions.

Itinerary
07:30Pickup
Collection in the Zurich or Lucerne area.
Grimsel Pass
Over the Brünig to Meiringen and up the Haslital to the Grimsel, with stops at the reservoirs.
Furka Pass
Down into the upper Rhône valley and over the Furka, past the area of the Rhône Glacier.
Susten Pass
Through Andermatt and back over the Susten, with views of the Stein Glacier.
18:30Return
Drive back to Zurich or Lucerne.
Times are approximate and agreed with you before the day.

- The passes are usually open from June to October. Pass roads open and close with the weather; we confirm the route shortly before your trip.
- Many hairpin bends: please tell us if anyone in your group is prone to travel sickness.
Cancellation policy
More than 7 days before the tour: full refund. Between 7 days and 72 hours: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours, or no-show: no refund.
If you paid online and we cannot confirm your requested date, you choose another date or a full refund. One change of date is free up to 72 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
If we have to cancel, for example because of severe weather, you choose another date or a full refund.
