No. A request tells us what you need, and nothing is booked or charged. When you pay online for a tour, we then confirm your requested date in writing; if we cannot, you choose another date or receive a full refund. A transfer with a fixed online price is confirmed by your payment. Everything else is confirmed when you accept our written quote and we confirm it.
Every tour and transfer is quoted for your whole private group, not per person. Choose your date and group on a tour page, or enter your route in the transfer form, and you see your personal quote before you confirm anything. For other journeys and tailor-made days we send a written quote before you decide.
It depends on the tour. Each tour page lists exactly what is included: on some tours the mountain railway, cable car or boat tickets are part of the price, on others they are not. For custom tours and transfers, tickets are not included unless your quote says so.
Most tours start with a pickup in Zurich. Many can also begin in Lucerne, Interlaken or elsewhere. Mention your starting point in your request.
